Originating in the 12th century in the town of Recco, Liguria, this traditional flatbread was created using the local stracchino cheese and thinly stretched unleavened dough. Baked in hand-made copper pans, this ‘fügassa Genoese’ is simply served with extra virgin olive oil & sea salt.
